Inspecting an order.
Customers receiving shipments should conduct an inspection to verify the following minimum conditions:
The products conform to the order requirements and other relevant documents (for example: correct design, description, size, type, color, etc.)The quantity ordered against the quantity shipped or delivered.
There is no damage or breakage.
Delivery documentation (packing list, certifications, etc.) is acceptable.
Failed Inspections.
In cases have some wrong with the shipment, customers should take a video and picture this package, and contact Tiny Ink customer care (customercare@tinyink.com.vn) as soon as possible, no later than 3 days from the received date. Our customer service will receive and process your request following terms of Return & exchange, and the responsibility of the courier express.
Customers will receive an invoice by email immediately after successful order on Tinyink.com.vn.
This invoice will use to compare, inspecting the package with the courier express.
Customers also will receive an email including the tracking number of the courier when they pick it up from our store.
For local express
Viettelpost is our courier for all shipments in Vietnam.
All shipments are created on the Viettelpost site, and Tiny Ink will send to customers a soft copy of shipping documents after Viettelpost picks the package up.
For international express
FedEx is our courier for all international shipments.
Tiny Ink is responsible for providing invoices and documents for FedEx to serve the export and import of products into your country. Import tax has not been calculated in your order, so you will pay the import tax (if any) to FedEx upon receipt.
