Made-to-Measure Process
Submitting Measurements
Customers simply submit their measurements through Tiny Ink’s system. To ensure accuracy, we recommend using the Nettelo app – a free body measurement app available on the App Store and Google Play. Alternatively, you can manually measure yourself with a tape measure. Regardless of the method, Tiny Ink's advisory team is always available online to assist you if you encounter any difficulties.
Creating a Custom Pattern
Based on the customer’s measurements, Tiny Ink uses modern design software to create a custom pattern, optimized for fit across every aspect of the garment, from waist and shoulders to the precise length of each design.
Fitting on a 3D Mannequin
After creating the pattern, the garment is modeled on a 3D mannequin built to your actual measurements. This 3D fitting process allows us to make precise adjustments, ensuring that the final product fits seamlessly without any creasing when worn.
Sewing, Hand-Painting, and Quality Control
Each Made-to-Measure garment undergoes a strict quality control process before it is packed and shipped, ensuring that you receive a high-quality, meticulously finished piece.
