We accept returns in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage incurred during the production or delivery process.
To qualify for a return in such cases, the following conditions must be fully met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged by the customer.
- The identification tag must still be attached to the product.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within thirty (30) days (for international customers) or ten (10) days (for customers residing in Vietnam) from the delivery date.
If your return is accepted and all conditions are met, Tiny Ink will refund the full purchase price of the product. Kindly note that shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any associated delivery fees are non-refundable.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions above, we will notify you promptly. You may choose to have the item sent back at your own expense. If declined, Tiny Ink reserves the right to retain both the item and the amount paid.

You may return products via a shipping service of your choice, at your own expense. Ensure you complete and include all necessary documentation for customs clearance with your return package. We strongly recommend printing and filling out five (5) copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice originally provided with your parcel. Parcels missing documentation will be rejected at customs and returned to you.
All documentation must be in English to satisfy the customs authorities in both your country and Vietnam. We suggest consulting local authorities or your shipping provider to confirm documentation requirements. Tiny Ink cannot be responsible for parcels detained at customs due to incomplete or insufficient documentation.

Upon receipt and verification of returned products, you will receive an email confirming acceptance. The refund process begins within 30 days of receiving your return request notification, provided that returned items meet all conditions.
Refund processing times vary based on the payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund timing depends on your credit card provider's policies. The refund date will match the original payment date, ensuring no interest loss.
- PayPal: Refunds are credited immediately to your PayPal account. Actual reimbursement to the card linked to your PayPal account depends on your card issuer's policies.
